1. Acceptance

By accessing or purchasing from mysticmoments.com you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the site.

2. Products & QR Video Feature

Mystic Moments sells jewellery and accessories. Select items include an embedded QR code linked to a personal video experience.

• Gift purchasers may upload a personal video that plays when the QR code is scanned.
• Videos are stored securely and are accessible only via the unique QR link.
• Videos expire after 1 year from the upload date and may be renewed by topping up your account balance.
• You are solely responsible for any content you upload. Content must not be illegal, offensive, or infringe third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

3. Account

An account may be created automatically at checkout. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payments

We accept the following payment methods (subject to availability at checkout):

• Card (Stripe) — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) — payment collected upon delivery. COD availability may vary by region.
• Account Balance — pre-loaded credits topped up via Stripe. Balance is non-refundable except where required by law.

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

5. Account Balance & Top-Ups

You may add funds to your Mystic Moments balance to pay for video storage renewals and future purchases. Balance top-ups are processed via Stripe.

• Balance is non-transferable and has no cash value.
• Unused balance does not expire, but is forfeited upon account closure.
• Minimum top-up amounts apply as shown at checkout.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary by region. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or events beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Digital services (video uploads, balance credits) are non-refundable once consumed.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content — design, text, images, logo — is owned by Mystic Moments or licensed to us. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

9. User Content

By uploading a video you grant Mystic Moments a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and serve that video via your QR code link. We do not claim ownership of your content.

10. Prohibited Use

• Uploading illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempting to access another user's account or QR link without authorisation.
• Using the site for any fraudulent purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mystic Moments is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction in which Mystic Moments is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
